The Gibraltar Festival for Young Musicians is organised by Allegro Music Productions, a registered charity founded by Wayne Smith and Cathy Batchelor to promote and encourage music performance amongst children.
Allegro Music Productions are honoured and delighted to have Albert Hammond as their Patron. He has communicated the following message to them for the children:
‘’I’m honoured to be the Patron of this association ‘Allegro Music Productions’. Music has been my life and I have no regrets. It’s been a very fulfilling and rewarding experience. My advice to you all is to hang on in there! Persevere and work hard – it’s not easy I know – but you must give it your full commitment. You’ll see how it’s worth it in the end and fame and fortune has nothing to do with it!
I wish you all the very best of luck and look forward to hearing your music at some time in the near future.’’
